Every year the Governors carry out a benchmarking exercise on the school's expenditure compared to other similar schools. This enables us to ensure we are spending our funds in-line with other schools.

Employees' pay of £100,000 or over 

The government requires schools to publish how many school employees (if any) have a gross annual salary of £100,000.

Drayton Green Primary School has one employee on a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more.

Trade Union facility time

Facility time is paid time off during working hours for trade union representatives to carry out trade union duties.

All public-sector organisations that employ more than 49 full-time employees are required to submit data relating to the use of facility time in their organisation. The reporting period is 1 April to 31 March with submissions due by 31 July.
